You have the right to delete your Palaestra account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your decisions, reflections, Ledger entries, protocol answers, and profile data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.
The fastest way to delete your data is directly from the app. No email required.
Step 1
Open Palaestra and go to your Profile screen.
Step 2
Tap “Settings” and scroll to “Account.”
Step 3
Tap “Delete Account.” You will be asked to confirm. Deletion begins immediately.

Your account is deactivated and your data is inaccessible.

Email requests
We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days of verification.
This action cannot be undone.
Before deleting, use “Download Your Data” in the app to export a complete copy of your decisions, reflections, and Ledger entries as a JSON file.
